Patients have the right to access their medical records. Southern California Hospital provides a straightforward process for requesting copies of your health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

To request your medical records, please contact our Health Information Management (HIM) department. You may be asked to complete an authorization form.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. There may be a nominal fee for copies. For urgent requests, please call us directly.
